In my experiences as designer, project manger, and business owner, I’ve learned that timelines can change over the course of develpment.
Agility is the most valuable quality for changing timelines.
I believe communication is the key to managing timelines and changes.
• I talk to business stakeholders about timelines and product requirements.
• I talk with developers about their work time, implementing UX, and compromise.
• I talk to product owners about their goals, and prioritization.
